Return & Refund Policy – Whiskey Héritage

At Whiskey Héritage, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at (laura.bernard@whiskey-heritage.com ) with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or wrong item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Exclusions

  • We do not accept returns on gift cards or downloadable products.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
